MAIASAURA is an explosive blend of female-fronted nu-metal, industrial rock, and melodic vocals, led by April Rose Gabrielli (BMG), a New York native turned Nashvillian producer, and Jacob Kulick (SONY ATV), producer, writer, and lead guitarist. The duo writes, produces, mixes, and masters every track in their home studio, fully funding their projects and creating all their own content, including music videos. They have created a sound that lands in the crosshairs of post-hardcore and pop radio.

After April’s diagnosis with a neurological condition in 2020, she was forced to relearn much of her life. With Jacob as her caretaker, she regained her connection to music through heavy guitars and hardcore sounds. The result is a raw, empowering sound that blends anger, strength, and personal power.

MAIASAURA (meaning “Good Mother”) is a soundtrack of resilience, capturing moments of liberation and unyielding strength.
